English as a Second Language (ESL)

Learning the English language can be challenging, especially if you are doing it on your own! Continuing Education at KSU offers English as a Second Language (ESL) courses that can help you connect with the world around you.

Our courses focus on teaching grammar, spoken language, and written American English in a classroom setting with other non-native speakers. All courses are designed for adults whose native language is not English.

Registrants will attend a free orientation session where their proficiency level will be matched with the appropriate course level. Orientation and placement sessions are mandatory for first-time students.
