Career Services / Project IDEAS staff will work with you to develop sessions for staff and/or board members the address your organization's need for:

• Continuous Improvement
• Leadership Development
• Organizational Self-Assessment
• Quality Improvement
• Strategic Planning
• Team-Building

We use a variety of tools and techniques to ensure that these sessions are interactive and entertaining as well as effective.

• Team-building sessions can incorporate the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and/or the "Innovate with C.A.R.E." instrument
• Strategic planning sessions can include any combination of Vision/Mission Statement development, Critical Success Factor identification, Goal-Setting, and Action Planning.
• Change management sessions are built around InterChange, International's Change Cycle™.
• Quality and Continuous Improvement sessions incorporate the Malcolm Baldrige criteria.
