Welcome to the College of Continuing and Professional Education at Kennesaw State University. We are very excited for the opportunity to partner with RaceTrac. Even though I'm involved on a daily basis, I continue to be awed by the size, scope, and innovation of this program. Our team is constantly in search of new areas in which we can serve our community and address the needs of students and local business. Our distinguished faculty of instructors are people with impressive professional credentials and a passion for teaching - two qualities that when combined, provide you with immeasurable value.

RaceTrac Employee Discount

The College of Continuing and Professional Education (CCPE) is pleased to be partnering with RaceTrac to offer RaceTrac employees a 5% discount off CCPE course prices. The discount would be valid on course fees up to $9,500, and may be applied to more than one course. It may not be combined with other discounts, or used towards the purchase of books, supplies, exam fees, drug and/or background checks. The discount is not valid for Osher Lifelong Learning Club Room fees, Social Events, Conference Registrations or group trips organized by CCPE.

RaceTrac employees may either register and pay personally for courses of their choosing, or seek tuition assistance for approved courses through RaceTrac's Educational Voucher program.

RaceTrac employees are encouraged to visit our website at www.ccpe.kennesaw.edu for course details, complete the Student Checklist provided below, and read CCPE’s Refund and Attendance Policies prior to registering for courses.

OPTION ONE: RaceTrac Employees (Personal Payment)

RaceTrac employees may register and pay personally for courses of their choosing by contacting the CCPE Registration Office at 770.423.6765 Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., or on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Full payment of the course fee is required to be officially registered for any CCPE course. RaceTrac employees are also responsible for the purchase of books, supplies, exam fees, drug and/or background checks.

RaceTrac employees do not need prior approval to register and pay for courses personally, and may apply the 5% discount as stated in the Employee Discount section.

OPTION TWO: RaceTrac Educational Voucher (RaceTrac Tuition Assistance)

RaceTrac employees may seek tuition assistance by completing and submitting for approval the RaceTrac Educational Voucher. The Voucher form, application guidelines, and approved CCPE courses may be found on the RaceTrac Organizational Learning intranet site. For questions regarding the Voucher process or approved CCPE courses, please contact the RaceTrac Learning Center at the learningcenter@racetrac.com.

Once approved, RaceTrac will coordinate registration and payment with CCPE. RaceTrac employees will be contacted via email by CCPE Registration Staff once the Voucher is received from RaceTrac, and registration into the course is completed. With the Voucher Program, RaceTrac will be responsible for the course fees, books and other costs associated with a course.

Once a Voucher has been submitted to CCPE and the employee registered, any changes must be coordinated with CCPE Registration. If the RaceTrac employee decides to register for a different course, a new Voucher must be submitted for approval.
