Become a Real Estate Agent

Start your new career as a Real Estate agent in Georgia by enrolling in our Real Estate Sales Prelicense course. This course will help you prepare for the Real Estate Licensee examination and fulfill the 75-hour Real Estate education requirement.

Once you have earned your Real Estate Salesperson License, return to enroll in the required 25-hour Salesperson postlicense course during your first year of licensure.

Already Licensed? Earn Your Continuing Education Training

Continuing your education and gaining the training you need for your career in Real Estate has never been easier. The GREC requires that all active licensees complete at least 24-hours of approved continuing education course work every four year renewal period. We offer more than 30 Continuing Education courses tailored for Real Estate professionals to help you earn your required hours.

Our courses can be started at anytime! Students have 180 days to finish their coursework which can accommodate even the busiest of schedules. Learn the material easily through interactive tutorials which presents the curriculum in a dynamic way.

All courses are approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) to meet the continuing education requirements.
