About the Center for Conflict Management
The Center for Conflict Management is a unit of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Kennesaw State University. The Center collaborates with the Master of Science in Conflict Management (MSCM) and the Ph.D. in International Conflict Management (INCM) programs. It works locally and globally to promote peace and conflict resolution; conducts research into peace and conflict issues; provides training in conflict management skills; attracts and implements grant projects, contracts, and consultancies; and disseminates findings and educates the public through conferences, symposia and workshops.
VISION
The Center for Conflict Management promotes a world in which conflicts are addressed non-violently.
The Center for Conflict Management supports the mission of Kennesaw State University. It harnesses the resources of the academic and professional community to promote, globally and locally, awareness and action based on the theories and practices of conflict management and resolution. Through student learning initiatives, the production and dissemination of research, community engagement, and professional training, the Center facilitates non-violent approaches to conflict.

Lundy Dr. Alan LeBaron Ms. Rosezetta Bobo Rosezetta Bobo is the Director of Alternative Dispute Resolution at Kennesaw State University. Ms. Bobo's career expands over twenty years in the areas of dispute resolution, communication, diversity, mediation, arbitration, teaching, training and facilitation. Ms. Bobo spent nine years with the Florida Supreme Court in the Dispute Resolution Center and as an Adjunct Professor of Criminology in the State University Center for seven years. Ms. Ansley Barton, J.D., Mediator, Consultant, Trainer Ansley Barton is a veteran mediator and mediation trainer. She is the former Director of the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and the former Director of the Master of Science in Conflict Management at Kennesaw State University. Dr. Gregory P. Meyjes Dr. Cynthia Morton Mr. Ron Remillard, MA Ron Remillard has over 30 years of experience in training, conflict management and performance improvement in a broad range of businesses and industries. Ron was a Director of a Fortune 500 company and has worked for several global consulting firms. He is a Past President of the American Society for Training and Development. Mrs. Jacqueline Oduselu,MS Jacqueline Oduselu is a National Certified Counselor and graduate of Georgia State University’s Master of Science in Professional Counseling program. Dr. Gregory Meyjes is an international sociolinguist focused on cultural inclusion. With graduate credentials from Oxford, Essex, Lancaster, Heidelberg, The Hague, and Chapel Hill, he is an interdisciplinary, applied scholar-practitioner, with publications on multi-ethnic conflicts overseas and intercultural competence for educators and recent presentations on indigenous conflict resolution and interreligious leadership.
Dr. Cynthia Morton earned her doctorate in teacher leadership at Walden University, an Ed.S in School Counseling, M.Ed. in Social Sciences and a BA in History degree at Georgia Southern University. She has worked in the field of education as a researcher, educator, consultant, and counselor for more than 20 years.
