The Center Design & Analysis Process

Needs Assessment- Our first step is meet with the individual or organization requesting our services to determine the goals for the design and analysis. At this point, we will determine the research or evaluation methods and format.

Analysis- The analysis will be conducted according to the plans developed and approved by the client during the needs assessment. The analysis may include interviews with disputants, surveys, or other evaluation instruments. All information gathered during the analysis will be kept confidential.

Recommend a Conflict Management System - The information gathered during the Analysis will be used to determine the best way to manage conflicts in the client's setting. This recommendation will be reviewed with the individual or organization requesting our services and refined as needed.

Implement System - The Center is available to provide advice and assistance as you implement your new conflict management system. For example, we can organize and facilitate planning meetings and conduct surveys.

Follow-up- If necessary, the Center is available to provide follow-up. This may include services such as training in communication skills or conflict coaching.
