Objectives:
- This interactive plenary will highlight recent findings in the biological and social sciences, with close attention to their relevance for conflict resolution practitioners.
- The session will contextualize new research within our existing knowledge base, and will invite participants to consider practical applications - some of which may challenge our current practices or past training.

Dr. Timothy Hedeen, Professor of Conflict Management Timothy Hedeen is Professor of Conflict Management at Kennesaw State University. He provides mediation services through court and private programs, delivers trainings in the areas of conflict resolution and communication, facilitates group and public policy decision making and planning, and conducts research and evaluation on dispute resolution and justice policy. |
