Want to improve communication skills in the workplace?

Effective communication skills are the lifelines of an organization’s success and keep it alive and functioning. The constant use of texting, emailing, and telephones can often stifle the ability to communicate effectively. This often leads to conflict, low productivity, workplace discomfort, and spiraling attitudes.

This workshop will engage in sending and receiving messages, understanding diversity, multicultural and generational differences, communication expectations, deciphering styles versus culture, and identifying your own strengths and weakness in communicating.  Regardless of your present skill level, you will enhance your overall effectiveness creating a greater value in your ability to communicate.

Reasons to Attend:

  • To understand and embrace the diversity in your organization.
  • To develop inclusive communication strategies in your approach that align with your organization.
  • To gain and enhance essential skills in communication and understand many of the nuances that cause conflict.

Who should attend?

  • Any individual who wants to acquire the essential skills in effective communication.
  • Any individual, team, or group who wants to obtain and improve interactive communication.
