Come have fun and enhance your communication skills. This session has been designed to provide the tools to improve your communication skills personally and professionally and to have fun on the act of communicating (talking, listening, seeing, body language).
QUESTIONS OF CONCERN
Why was that so hard to understand?
Was I not clear in my delivery?
Was that a fair conversation?
Is it that “in-charge personality” that makes them talk like that?
Why do we argue over the simplest things?
Where is Venus and Mars communication gap?
