- at the K-Cash Terminal with loss of
money
- making unusable copies or prints
- loss of money at a coin copier
- or any other event that results in
unusable pages or loss of funds

All transactions are tracked by card
number and name as well as the currency input to the devices so we can
determine the status of your account. Refund requests can be processed at
the Burruss 4th floor ITS Lab help desk and the Library 1st floor
Circulation Desk.
