The Shining STAR Award is given to those full-time KSU employees and student assistants who give "that little bit extra" in their work performance. These behaviors include customer service, communication, building relationships and/or other above and beyond star performances related to the departments services and vision. The Customer Service Council will review and select a winner each month.
Nomination Criteria: All Shining Star candidates must demonstrate consistent performance of "above and beyond" service to both internal and external customers at Kennesaw State University. As part of the nomination process, the candidate’s nomination must demonstrate the following areas; Courteous, Helpful, Accessible, Knowledgeable and Responsive.
