The Center for University Learning(CUL) offers two formats of Customer Service training: Instructor-led and Self-paced. Instructor-led sessions are typically three hours in length. However, the length can be modified, if necessary. Self-paced training courses are typically one to two hours in length.
Additionally, the CUL offers a Customer Service Certificate for individuals who complete the instructor-led course and the following self-paced training courses: - Customer Service via Phone and Email - Building Strong Customer Relationships - Basics of Effective Communication
Both training formats are available for registration through ComputerTrain.
