KSU EXCEL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
The EXCEL Leadership Program exists to promote leadership development for all KSU employees through training exercises in core Leadership competencies that develop and strengthen ethics, values, and problem solving skills while building a community of collaboration.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
The “Customer Service Improvement Initiative” was launched by Governor Sonny Perdue in August, 2006 in an effort to serve as both a catalyst and a vehicle to create a fundamental change in our culture towards better customer service across all areas of service. The Governor asked that every state agency, including the University System of Georgia, assist in achieving the goal of making Georgia the best-managed state in the country by providing faster processes so customers can get business done quickly, friendlier service in a customer-oriented culture, and easier access to services.
ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONALS DAY
Administrative Professionals' Day is a day designed specifically for Administrative Staff which is recognized annually on the last Wednesday in April. This event is sponsored by the President’s Office, where Dr. Papp, President of KSU, recognizes Administrative Associates for their hard work, dedication, and formally thanks each staff member for their great service to the University.
