Customer
Service training Programs that the Center for University Learning
conducts to enhance skill development in customer service behaviors
include; providing high quality customer service, telephone
techniques, how to handle difficult situations and behaviors,
conflict resolution, and Lean Six Sigma. The Lean Six Sigma series
provides units to work with facilitators to improve on a process
within their service area. All workshops are open to Kennesaw’s
staff and faculty and can be customized for specific units’ service
area.
