
Chancellor’s Customer Service
Awards Nomination
The Board of Regent’s is now
soliciting nominations for the 2008 Chancellor’s Customer Service
Awards. These prestigious awards are presented to single
individuals, teams and institutions that have exemplified the
customer service attributes outlined in the Governor's customer
service state-wide initiative.
As Kennesaw’s Customer Service
Champion, I am soliciting your help in recognizing and nominating
those eligible individuals and/or teams that merit acknowledgement
in their demonstration of outstanding customer service attributes.
All Kennesaw nominations must be submitted via the appropriate
nomination form by Friday, July 11, 2008. All nominations that qualify for recognition will then be
shared with the USG Review Committee who will then review all
entries and make the final decision on awardees. The CCSAs winners
will receive special recognition from Chancellor Davis and will be
nominated to compete in the Governor’s Recognition for Excellence in
Customer Service Awards to be held later in the year.
Eligibility
To be eligible, all nominations
must meet the following criteria:
- All entries are for activities
performed during July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008 for full-time
employees of the University System of Georgia.
- Nominees will be selected on
the basis of consistent high levels of performance and/or going
above and beyond the call of duty in the performance of their
jobs while still accomplishing their normal job
responsibilities.
- To be eligible for an award or
commendation, the nominee cannot be under any disciplinary
action
Nomination Information
- Kennesaw employees may be
nominated for recognition by peers, leadership, champions or
customers for acts of outstanding customer service.
- Nominations should include the
information requested in the relevant category description(s)
and on the nomination form.

- KSU’s Customer Service
Champion and The USG Review Committee reserves the right to
assign any nomination to a different category if deemed more
appropriate.
- NOMINATIONS ARE DUE Friday,
July 11, 2008.
