This Website presents a research project on diversity, equity and inclusion at Kennesaw State University. Over about eighteen months between 2006 and 2008, faculty and staff members collaborated to assess the status of diversity efforts on campus and to set goals for the future. Results of this research project included establishing a new campus administrative unit with a Chief Diversity Officer, Jennifer Wade-Berg, and an enhanced commitment to ongoing assessment.

Visitors to this Website can learn about the original assessment project’s history, review the conceptual model used, and retrace the research process as carried out in four teams. We also share here some reflections about our work’s impact; we provide information about the project’s leaders; and we offer a wide range of resources to other institutions seeking to study diversity, equity and inclusion in organizational settings such as universities.
