This Website reports on - and provides resources from -
Kennesaw State University’s Diversity and Equity Assessment
project. In the 2006-07 and 2007-08 academic years, KSU
undertook a study of diversity and equity on campus, with
the aim of identifying clear goals for future work. We hope
this Website will be helpful to other colleagues doing
similar work on their own campuses. We also envision these
materials as forming a record of Kennesaw State’s commitment
to diversity at a key moment in its history, leading up to
the formation of a new cabinet-level unit led by a
Chief
Diversity Officer.
We welcome questions about our work. We are eager to assist
other institutions who are interested in using a
mixed-methods approach and distributed leadership for
studying diversity in organizational settings. |
