The search function offers a centralized portal for all faculty development and training resources. Faculty may search by technology name, training needs, or departmental offerings.
The Distance Learning Center (DLC), The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL), and University Information Technology Services (UITS) work in conjunction to provide a variety of workshops at the Marietta Campus for faculty in the areas of technology, technology enhanced education, and distance learning.
The Distance Learning Center and Training, Outreach & Learning Technologies work in conjunction to provide a bevy of resources to faculty in the areas of technical knowledge and skill, distance learning technologies, and online systems for academic use and administrative use. Our goal is to facilitate the dissemination of knowledge between the people who implement technology on campus and the people who use the technology. Prior to implementation on campus, we evaluate and test extensively new software and services from a user standpoint, to ensure that the university benefits fully from them.

Each of the above workshops yield online teaching certification through an embedded module by the CETL instructional design team. Additional workshops and events are hosted regularly at CETL highlighting technology enhanced learning.
