Advisement

  • Advisement Orientation: You must complete this online orientation before to be assigned an academic advisor.
  • GACE I (Basic Skills Test) Information: The Basic Skills assessment is designed to assess knowledge and skills in the areas of reading, mathematics, and writing. The assessment is composed of three tests—the reading and mathematics tests each consist of selected-response questions; the writing test consists of selected-response questions and a constructed-response assignment.
  • GACE II Information: Elementary and Early Childhood Education students must take the GACE II, Early Childhood Education (P-5) tests. They are: Early Childhood Education Test I (#001) and Early Childhood Education Test II (002). The passing score for both tests is 220.
