For more information about our undergraduate programs click here for the Teacher Education Advisement Center. Masters Degree Program Only one program at KSU, at the Master's level, may lead to initial certification. The Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) in either Secondary Mathematics, Secondary English or T.E.S.O.L. leads to both a Master's level degree and an initial certification simultaneously. Currently, all Kennesaw State University M.Ed. programs do not offer initial certification and require a current clear, renewable certification for admission. The alternative program is delivered by the Department of Foreign Languages. They may be contacted at 770-423-6366 or you may review the application process.
