Project WINS (Winning Ideas Network for Schools) and Project Bridges are funded by the Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities.

The Mission of Project WINS and Project Bridges is to assist parents, teachers, and school leaders to include students with significant disabilities in general education classrooms with adequate support for students and teachers.
