The Dr. William D. Impey Teacher
Education Advisement Center (TEAC)
provides preservice undergraduate students with access to an organized,

systematic orientation and advisement process.

The Center provides advisement services to freshmen, sophomores, transfer students and second baccalaureate students who are preparing to meet the prerequisites for admission to teacher education programs. Advising responsibility for each student begins in the Advisement Center, and is assigned to a faculty member in the student’s teacher preparation program area when the student has been admitted to the teacher education program.

Students interested in the following undergraduate teacher preparation majors and Education Undeclared receive advisement from the Impey Teacher
Education Advisement Center:

Early Childhood Education (P-5)
Middle Grades Education (4-8)
History Education (6-12)

Please call 770-423-6105 to make an appointment with an advisor in the
Impey Teacher Education Advisement Center.

Please see contacts for departmental advisement and
join representatives from the Bagwell College of Education at an
Information Session.
