Sustainability - Recycling
Recycling on Campus
Kennesaw State University (KSU) has implemented a campus-wide recycling program. With participation from all faculty and staff members as well as students, this program will reduce the amount of waste being sent to a landfill. This is an important program in our age of dwindling resources and skyrocketing disposal costs.
Support from every facet on campus is vital to the success of this program. 3M, HP, Interstate Battery of Metro Georgia, Republic Services, Iron Mountain, Crystal Clean and MKC Enterprises are helping KSU in its recycling efforts by accepting transparencies, inkjet/toner cartridges, rechargeable batteries, paper products, plastics, aluminum, oil and antifreeze for recycling.
Listed below are some of the materials recyled here at KSU. For more information about our recycling efforts please view the above links.
Please play your part to make Kennesaw State University’s recycling efforts a success!
