Ethical Leadership Certificate is a multi-tiered leadership
development program endorsed by the Siegel Institute for Leadership,
Ethics & Character and managed by The Center for University
Learning. This non-credit, certificate program consists of 36,
three-hour competency based modules divided into three levels
addressing several areas/issues in leadership development,
networking with other KSU constituents and ethical character
building skills.The
benefits of the program include:
- Gain the skills and
knowledge transferable to a variety of environments (work,
civic, volunteer, family)
- Complete the program with
a dynamic online portfolio of the participants’
accomplishments
- Receive a certificate that
is endorsed by Dr. Dan Papp, President, KSU, Dr. Deborah
Roebuck, Executive Director, the Institute for Leadership,
Ethics & Character and Linda Lyons, Director, The Center for
University Learning.
- Develop supportive
networks with colleagues that could help in advancing your
career
- After completion of the
three levels participants receive, along with their
certificate, their Ethical Leadership lapel pins
