Enrollment Services Strategic Communications Center
The Enrollment Services Division successfully launched a Strategic Communications Center Enterprise on October 27, 2011. The mission of the center is to provide user-friendly, accurate, and real time information to prospective and currently enrolled students. During its first year of operation, the center answered approximately 144,000 in-bound telephone calls for ES Division Offices (Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar and Veteran Affairs) with a one call resolution rate of 88%. The center’s customer service agents serve as enrollment coaches, providing answers to enrollment related questions and guiding students through the enrollment process.
In October 2012, the center received the Chancellor’s Customer Service Excellence Award for Outstanding Front Desk Support. Comments from Customer Service Survey
