Enterprise Systems & Services provides computer related services that support the functions of the administrative and academic departments on campus. These services include software development, implementation, revision, training and troubleshooting. The services also cover the purchase, implementation and maintenance of the necessary server hardware required for the software to function in a timely, responsive manner.

These services are to provide a safe, secure, redundant computer system(s) that provide the end-users with peace of mind and the functionality they need to perform their day-to-day tasks in support of the Kennesaw State University's mission. The ESS Department performs its mission by working closely with the ITS Department and the other departments within the CIO Division.
