| Enterprise Systems & Services (ESS)
provides enterprise level technology support to
the administrative and academic departments on
campus including support for the student
information system used for registration, grade
entry, fee payment, etc. Services provided
consist of application and database support
including installation and troubleshooting;
software development, implementation, and
revision; project management; and web site
development and support. The ESS Department
performs its mission by working closely with the
other departments within the Vice President for
Operations and Chief Information Officer (CIO)
division.
