Enterprise Systems & Services (ESS) is a technology group within the Vice President for Operations/Chief Information Officer division. We strive to be an innovative and solution-oriented leader for the KSU community.

Our mission is to provide quality enterprise technology support for students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders through effectively collaborating with academic and administrative departments to achieve successful outcomes; developing and implementing secure and reliable state-of-the-art technology solutions; continuously supporting and improving existing technologies; providing leadership and support for project management; and valuing and promoting excellent customer service through timely responsiveness and positive resolution.
