Blackboard TransactT technology provides KSU the architecture to provide a one card campus to meet our needs. This includes financial transactions such as KCASH and Meal Plans as well as providing infrastructure for Point of Sale. This technology will assist in creating a seamless experience for all of our constituents. - ERA – Grant Management Software
The Research and Grants department is implementing the ERA GAMS tool to allow both the Office of Research & Grants Office and Faculty to submit grants proposals and review/track expenditures and status of grants for both KSU and KSURSF. - myKSU - Campus Portal
Memorial Day weekend 2013, ESS will launch myKSU, KSU’s new student portal which will provide single sign on access to numerous campus applications, such as Owl Express, Gmail, and Owl Life. Hosted by CampusEAI, myKSU will have the additional ability to send targeted messaging and provide personal, customizable webspace for students, faculty, and staff. - Owl Life
OwlLife is an online platform for managing student organizations and encouraging growth and development through co-curricular activities. In addition to providing a gateway that allows students to document participation and learning, it also helps them match their interests with involvement opportunities and events on campus. The ESS Project Management Group is rolling out our new enterprise project management tool, TeamDynamix HE. TeamDynamix HE is a higher education focused web-based tool for project tracking, reporting and portfolio management. The ESS Project Management team helps provide visibility to the many tasks needed to execute your projects, to clearly and frequently communicate the status, and to work closely with the Project Sponsor to make sure the project is delivered as close to the forecasted time, budget & scope as possible.

ESS Project Management and Application Support team support TeamDynamix HE, a Higher Education focused enterprise wide project management software system. It helps facilitate the process of project portfolio management. A PM tool to manage your projects, analyze project performance and communicate easily with team members.
