Campus Green

The Campus Green is the outdoor hub for all student activity. Here you will find students playing pick-up flag football or frisbee. Students relax, study and fellowship around this quad.

What you need to know:

  • Amplified sound allowed on the east end of the Campus Green (nearest Kennesaw Hall) ONLY between 12:30 p.m. and 1:45 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
  • Amplified sound allowed on the west end of the Campus Green (this includes southwest nearest the Student Recreation and Wellness Center, west nearest Student Center entrance at Bursar's Office, and northwest grill area) from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday - Sunday.
  • Alcohol is not permitted on the Campus Green.
  • Food is allowed.

Common activities that are hosted on the Campus Green are:

  • Farmer's Market
  • Concerts
  • Information Tables
  • Food Trucks



The Legacy Gazebo

The Legacy Gazebo is located between the Social Science and English buildings. It is an outdoor amphitheater with a small stage under the Gazebo and outdoor lights. Traditionally, the Gazebo hosts the Starlight Summer Concert Series.

What you need to know:

  • Amplified sound allowed ONLY between 12:30 p.m. - 1:45 p.m., Monday - Friday; between noon and 10:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.
  • Existing set up only.



Terrace

The Terrace is located on the west side of the Carmichael Student Center. The Terrace is a miniature amphitheater and flanked by two Corinthian columns. It is an outside space with open access.

What you need to know:

  • Food is allowed.
  • Amplified sound is allowed Monday through Friday from 12:30 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.
  • No AV equipment is installed.
  • Six foot tables, chairs, and small group PA are available, upon request.
