EXTERNAL AFFAIRS WEB PAGE INFORMATION

The Office of External Affairs provides leadership and coordination of major Kennesaw State activities and events involving constituent relationships.  The staff works closely with the president of KSU by serving as primary institutional liaison to local, state, and federal officials, members of the Georgia General Assembly, the chancellor and members of the Board of Regents. 

In addition, the office supports the activities and initiatives of the university's advancement team that includes the KSU Office of Development, the Office of University Relations, and the KSU Foundation, Inc .  As Kennesaw State seeks to increase its endowment through external resources and private funding, the External Affairs staff proactively seeks commitments of financial support from the state of Georgia, foundations, corporations, and individuals.

While the objectives of the office are many and varied, staff works to develop and strengthen relationships proving beneficial to the successful attainment of the university's strategic goals.
