Kennesaw State University invites nominations and applications for the position of Executive Director of the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL). KSU is a rapidly growing and progressive university in Georgia’s public system of higher education. Located on an attractive campus in suburban Atlanta, KSU currently enrolls over 22,000 traditional and nontraditional baccalaureate, master, and doctoral students. Kennesaw State University's Quality Enhancement Plan, Global Learning for Engaged Citizenship, aligns with the international character of the university’s student body, the international travel and study abroad opportunities for students and faculty, and the many opportunities for cross-cultural learning available in Atlanta and throughout the northwest Georgia region. The CETL Executive Director is a 12-month administrative, tenure-track faculty position. The Executive Director currently supervises a full-time staff of 7 (one Manager/Supervisor, one Administrative Associate, three Associate Directors, and two instructional designers) and 3 half-time faculty fellows. The Executive Director also teaches two courses each academic year in his/her academic discipline. |
