The School of Music within the College of the Arts at Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a nine-month, tenure-track position as Assistant Professor of Piano. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate applied piano, piano pedagogy, piano literature, chamber music, and supervise class piano. This person will also perform faculty solo and chamber music concerts, recruit and retain high-quality piano students, and develop and maintain visibility in the state, region, and nation as a performer and clinician. Additional responsibilities include service activities such as advising, committee assignments, and participation in professional organizations. Proven successful studio teaching at the university level and a doctorate are preferred. |
