Position Title:
Director of EMBA Program
Position  Qualifications/ Responsibilities:

The Coles College of Business, Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a twelve-month, non-tenure-track Lecturer position serving as Director of the EMBA Program.

The Director must be able to provide strong leadership and promote a powerful vision for advancement of the program’s mission and goals.  The Director will work closely with the Dean in activities relating to the EMBA Program and will be responsible for the administration of all EMBA instructional programs, and the program budget.  Working with faculty, the Director will participate in recruitment efforts, and lead the development of EMBA curriculum and new programs.  He/She will make recommendations to department chairs regarding   the evaluation of faculty teaching and service performance.  Additionally.  The Director will also serve as an instructional leader who maintains a strong record of teaching effectiveness.

The successful candidate will have an earned graduate degree in a business discipline or a closely related field with sufficient experience and achievement to qualify for a faculty position and academic rank.  Candidates must have an established record of instructional effectiveness related to EMBA Programs, strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a consistent record of professional administrative and leadership achievements.  KSU has established a notable record for the inclusion of minorities and women in its educational mission and strongly encourages applications from both groups.
