The Department of Social Work and Human Services offers an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services and a Master of Social Work degree. There are over 400 undergraduate majors in two concentrations; case management and nonprofit administration.

The Wellstar College of Health and Human Services at Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a nine-month tenure track position as Assistant Professor of Human Services in the Department of Social Work and Human Services. The candidate must have a Ph.D. in Human Services, Social Work, or closely related field. This teaching position will serve primarily in the undergraduate program. Courses taught will be in nonprofit administration, however, the ideal applicant will be able to teach direct practice courses as well. The candidate must have teaching experience, identified research interests demonstrated by professional presentations and/or publications, and experience in the field. The department promotes an inclusive learning environment to prepare students for personal and professional success in an increasingly multicultural and global society.
