Five Lecturer Positions in English

Position  Qualifications/ Responsibilities:
Kennesaw State University invites applications for five lecturer positions in English to teach General Education (first-year composition and world literature). Lecturer positions are non-tenure-track but renewable annually. Requirements include Master’s degree in English or related field (Ph.D. preferred), relevant college teaching experience, and evidence of current scholarship. Experience in teaching technical writing, online courses, or ESL helpful. These appointments carry a 5/4 teaching load, with some university service obligation.

To guarantee consideration for first-round screening, materials must be postmarked by June 26th. Candidates should send a letter of application addressing their qualifications and teaching philosophy; current curriculum vitae; three letters of recommendation, which specifically address teaching; and official graduate transcripts to:
