Position  Qualifications/ Responsibilities:

Kennesaw State University invites applications for a nine-month lecturer position in Psychology. This is a non-tenure track position, renewable annually. Area of specialization is open. Experience teaching General Psychology is required and experience teaching large class sizes is preferred. The primary teaching assignments will include General Psychology and Social Issues courses, as well as courses in the candidate's area of expertise. The successful applicant will have an earned doctorate in psychology or related field (ABD considered) and will provide evidence of strong teaching skills, interpersonal skills, and committment to mentoring and advising. The position carries a 5/4 teaching load with some university service required.

Located on an attractive campus in suburban Atlanta, KSU currently enrolls more than 22,000 traditional and nontraditional baccalaureate, master's, and doctoral students. The thriving Atlanta metropolitan area has a rich array of museums, theatres, libraries, colleges and universities, and other resources.
