Conflict Management Master’s Program seeks a Director (12 month, tenure track) Minimum qualifications at the time of appointment include a terminal degree in Conflict Resolution, Peace Studies, Law, Psychology, Political Science, Sociology, or related discipline. Demonstrated university-level teaching experience required. Practical application experience preferred. Teaching and/or professional practice experience relate to at least two of the following areas preferred: industrial organization, organizational conflict management, employment dispute resolution, mediation, negotiation, arbitration, international conflict resolution, diplomacy, and/or dispute systems design. |
