Position Title:
Assistant Professor or Associate Professor of Exercise Science
Position Qualifications – Responsibilities:

One or more nine-month, full-time, tenure-track positions to support the undergraduate and master’s degree programs in exercise science.  Candidates are expected to engage in teaching, research, and departmental, college, university, and professional service activities.

Required Education – Experience – Skills (Minimum Qualifications):

Candidates must have an earned doctorate in exercise physiology or a related field.  Candidates must demonstrate strong potential for producing publishable research or have an established record of peer-reviewed publications commensurate with experience.

The Department of Exercise Science and Sport Management is housed in the new Health Sciences building that includes state-of-the-art exercise physiology and biomechanics labs.  The labs are equipped with premier technology for research in cardiovascular physiology, cellular physiology, body composition, metabolism, and motion analysis.
