administrative services.
Academic Affairs
The Office of the Vice President for
Academic Affairs oversees all operations of
the Academic Division, providing
administrative oversight, academic
leadership, and external representation.
Financial Services
Financial Services serves as a gateway to
the five administrative departments that
report to the Assistant Vice President for
Financial Services: Auxiliary Services and
Programs, Budget & Planning, Business
Services, Card Services and Project
Management.
Enterprise Information Management
Enterprise Information management
facilitates the continuous improvement of
KSU’s enterprise-wide data management,
quality, warehousing, analytics, and access
for decision support, strategic planning,
organizational effectiveness, and
information reporting at the institutional
and unit levels.
Enterprise Systems & Services
Provides support for all campus
administrative systems, including Web
Registration and the Banner Student
Information System.
Human Resources
Handles employment, payroll and employee
records, employee benefits, classification
and compensation, and training information.
Payroll
The primary mission of Payroll Services is
to ensure that all employees are paid
accurately and timely with the correct
withholdings and deductions, and to ensure
the withholdings and deductions are remitted
in a timely manner. This includes salary
payments, tax withholdings, retirement and
voluntary deductions.

Facilities is responsible for planning,
design and operation/maintenance of the
physical facilities of the University.
Environmental Health &
Safety
EH&S consults with campus units and groups
regarding regulatory compliance, fire/life
safety, risk management and environmental
policy matters.
Ombuds Office - Alternative Dispute
Resolution
The ombuds provides impartial, objective and
confidential assistance to the campus
community, in hearing and in mediating
complaints or conflicts. Services of the
ombuds are available to all members of the
university community.
Internal Audit
The Internal Audit Department provides
independent, objective audits and consulting
services designed to add value to and
improve KSU’s operations.
