 Dear Friends of Kennesaw State University, Welcome to our University. Kennesaw State University is a dynamic and wonderful place. Our institution provides an incredible learning experience for our students, and our community. In the past few years we have grown from an 11,000 student commuter college to a 21,000 student live-learning University. Our Foundation has been a leader and a cheerleader in support of the amazing growth of KSU. We have added 40 acres, 3,100 absolutely stunning student residences, 10,000 parking spaces in four parking decks, and support facilities to our campus. As important, we have increased our endowment 500 percent! We can now provide more scholarships, faculty grants and program subsidies to better ensure that each person our institution touches has every opportunity to reach his or her potential. Our Foundation is probably the most active in the state. We are keenly aware of KSU’s unique role in providing our community the next generation of leaders, and our Boards and volunteers work tirelessly to reach out to our students, faculty, administrators and our community to make sure we meet the important needs for the future of mankind. What’s most exciting is that every day we grow even more and faster than yesterday. New and better housing, an architecturally stunning dining hall, a Health Science building par excellence, are just some of the things the Foundation is providing the University to continue its mission. In the end, no matter how much land we buy, buildings we build, and scholarships we fund, it’s the people we serve, that define what is truly remarkable about KSU.We invite you to tour our web site, come visit our campus and meet our staff, students and Trustees.
