Noticeable changes have taken place on Kennesaw State University's campus! In part, the transformation of the campus is due to the leadership, hard work and support of the Kennesaw State University Foundation. We honor and appreciate the contributions of time and precious resources our Trustees have given us in making a difference in the lives of our faculty, students, and administrators. Under the leadership of Thomas M. Holder, the Kennesaw State University Foundation has focused their attention on three areas which directly benefit Kennesaw State University. The Foundation has concentrated on expanding the asset base by means of increasing its endowments; encouraging trustee giving and investing in properties all strengthening the Foundation's financial position. The Trustees of the Kennesaw State University Foundation have also focused on connecting with their constituents. They have strenthened the relationship with the University by visiting with students, faculty, staff, and administrators on a number of important issues such as: understanding the specifics of their programs; involvement in strategic planning and supporting various campus initiatives. In understanding their needs, they have been able to be of greater assistance in serving the University; thus helping them realize their full potential. The Foundation has paid considerable attention to increasing our Trustee participation. By utilizing the knowledge, talent and skills of each individual Trustee, we continue to motivate and encourage them to participate in a broad range of committees and activities benefiting Kennesaw State University and its Foundation.
