Stacie Barrow joined Kennesaw State University in June 2004 as the Director of Development for the College of the Arts. Her responsibilities include managing capital and endowment campaigns, prospect research, donor cultivation, and active solicitation for College of the Arts funding projects.
A native of Cobb County, Georgia, Stacie received a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Kennesaw State University. She also received national certification in Nonprofit Management through American Humanics, a national alliance of colleges and universities working to prepare students for leadership positions in the nonprofit sector specializing in fundraising, special events, and nonprofit administration. During her membership with American Humanics, she held the positions of Student Recruitment Director and Student Representative for the annual national conference. Stacie is Co-Chair of Membership Committee with Kiwanis Club of Marietta, an alumnus of the 2005-2006 class of Arts Leaders of Metro Atlanta, a member of Cobb Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education, and a member of the Atlanta Association of Fundraising Professionals.
Stacie is the 2006 scholarship receipt for CASE III district conference. In 2007, she was invited to present at the Council for Advancement Services (CASE) III District conference philanthropy track. Stacie is an active volunteer in the community and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
