Meet the Director
Ann Key joined the Office of Development in September of 2006 and serves as the Director of Advancement Services. The Advancement Services unit supports University Development in the areas of gift processing and acknowledgment, donor information and records, and database management. Ann earned her paralegal certificate from the University of LaVerne College of Law in LaVerne, California. She began her career as a paralegal working in the business sector for companies such as Merrill Lynch and Lewis Homes. She then moved into the litigation paralegal field, working for firms such as Brunick, Alvarez & Battersby in San Bernardino, California, and Hunton & Williams, in Atlanta. Her experience centers on business law and litigation where she developed her information management and research skills over the past 25 years. Ann is a member of the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement (APRA) and Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). A native of California, Ann has lived in the Atlanta area for the past 10 years.
