The following questionnaire is part of a study to test the effectiveness of partnerships between African universities and U.S. universities. It is designed ascertain the longevity and viability of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) and Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs), the location of power relations in these partnerships, and to recommend options for new partnerships that promote mutual understanding and benefits. You may complete the questionnaire on paper (by printing out the questionnaire provided at the link below) or you may use the online version by clicking on the appropriate link below.
