As you make preparations for the conference, please note the following:

1. Your destination will be Atlanta airport (ATL).
2. Shuttle will be provided to take you from the airport to the hotel, but you need to let us know of your arrival date and time. We need this information for planning purposes at least one week before your flight. If we do not have this information, you will still be able to come to your hotel from the airport by taxi or shuttle services.
3. Accommodation has been arranged for participants at SpringHill Suites (located directly opposite the university) and Fairfield Inn (located across Interstate 75). Other hotels in the area include Comfort Inn, Suburban Lodge, Best Western, and Holiday Inn Express.

4. The conference organizers will waive registration fee for all who are presenting papers. However, for planning purposes we encourage you to register online through the conference website named above.
