China - Gaming Technologies & Math Education

May 8 - 26, 2008

Visit Shanghai, Changsha, and Beijing. Our program begins with a two-day visit in Shanghai.  Then, we will travel to our beautiful host city of Changsha in Hunan Province.  Chinese students will join us to take classes taught by KSU faculty members, conduct joint research projects, visit cartoon-making studios and enjoy cultural explorations. Speak daily with Chinese students, learn about Chinese cultures, and study outsourcing in China or the role of mathematics in Chinese civilization. After eleven days, we will fly to the capital city Beijing where we will visit Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Tiananmen Square, and the Great Wall.
