  • 10 nights’ shared accommodation at hotels w/breakfast (for single room - add $325 more)
  • Round-trip international air transportation from Atlanta to Spain
  • International arrival and departure meeting and assistance
  • Private bus and driver for all travel between cities and group day trips
  • Five selected dinners
  • All transfers for included itinerary
  • Guided tours in Madrid, Sevilla, and Granada
  • Entrance fees to two featured sights per city
  • Flamenco show
  • $100 donation to “K.S.U. Study Abroad Scholarship Fund”

Tour costs do not include:

  • Beverages and personal expenses
  • Gratuities

Cost:

Cost of the trip per person based on double occupancy is $2,950.00. Price is based on a minimum of 15 participants. If we have 20 participants (which is the limit) the price will be reduced by $300. Supplementary cost for a single room is $325. Tour organizers are not responsible for finding roommates for single travelers, but will endeavor to help on request.

Payment Schedule:

Deposits of $300 will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the 20 reserved spaces are filled or until February 13, whichever comes first. Deposits are non-refundable after February 13. A seat is secured only when the receipt for the deposit has been issued by the KSU Office of International Services and Programs. The balance of $2,650 is due by March 12, 2004.

All fees are non-refundable from March 15, 2000. Cancellation insurance is available. Insurance purchased within seven days of initial trip deposit will cover pre-existing medical conditions. Call Michele Miller at (770) 423-6336 to be sent a policy.

To register, please make your check payable to “KSU Year of Spain Tour.” Mail your check and completed registration form to Year of Spain Tour, KSU International Services & Programs #2702, 1000 Chastain Road, Kennesaw, GA 30144-5591. Or come by our office, Humanities Building Suite 201 to drop these materials off in person.
