How to Apply
1. Download the program checklist for the selected degree program.
2. Complete the
online
application for graduate admission. You will receive
a confirmation message indicating that your application
has been submitted. Please record the confirmation number
on the program checklist as indicated. Students who choose
to apply using the paper application found in the college
catalog should include the completed application form in
the admission packet along with a check or money order in
the amount of $50, made payable to Kennesaw State University.
Choose only one method. The application fee is non-refundable.
3. Schedule a graduate entrance exam that may be required for your program (consult program checklist). It is recommended that the exam by taken 6 weeks prior to the application deadline to insure adequate time for processing. The scores will be reported directly to the Office of Graduate Admissions by selecting Kennesaw State University code #5359 on the exam registration menu. A photocopy of your personal test report may be submitted to verify that the exam has been taken; however, official test results must be received from the Educational Testing Service before your file is considered complete and forwarded to the department for review.
4. Request that official transcripts from each institution attended be sent to you in a sealed envelope (do not open) for inclusion in your admission packet.
5. Prepare any additional supplemental documents that may be required by the academic department as indicated on the program checklist. (i.e., recommendation letters, resume, writing samples, etc.)
6. International applicants should consult the program checklist for additional documents that must be submitted.
7. All required documents, including the program checklist and official transcripts, should be compiled in one large envelope and mailed directly to:

8. Once admitted, you will be required to show proof of Immunization. For more informaiton and instructions, please go to www.kennesaw.edu/col_hhs/hc/NewImmInfo.htm. Immunization information should be sent directly to the Health Clinic, not included with your admission packet. |
