The Master of Science in Information Systems at Kennesaw State University is a professional graduate program that prepares students for careers in the dynamic field of information technology. The MSIS program focuses on the technical and managerial skills graduates need to succeed in the contemporary IT organization.

The program combines a strong foundation in the core technologies of modern computing environments with an applied focus on the utilization of these technologies to solve organizational problems.

Highlights of the MSIS Program include:

  • Core courses in Object-oriented Software Development Methods, Database Systems, Data Communications, Legal and Ethical Issues in IS, Project Management Methods, and IS Policy and Strategy;
  • Concentrations in e-Business Systems, Systems Administration, and Data Communication;
  • Completion on a full or part-time basis; and
  • Evening and weekend classes accessible to the working student.
