KSU Support for Haiti

KSU Community:

The disastrous earthquake in Haiti has touched all of us, and most immediately, KSU students, faculty and staff from that country and elsewhere in the Caribbean.

KSU’s Haitian and Caribbean students are taking donations of food, water, clothing, and money to help with Haiti’s recovery effort. Donations are being collected at drop boxes around campus and at the Global Village office in the Student Center, Room 255. For those of you who may wish to make a financial donation an account is being established in the Bursar's Office for Haitian relief. More information will be provided later today regarding financial donations.

Please provide whatever assistance you can as these KSU students assist in efforts to aid Haiti.

Also, CAPS, Financial Aid, the Registrars Office, and other KSU operations have been and will continue to work with KSU students who may need to drop classes and return to Haiti. Please lend whatever assistance you can that is appropriate to our students as they cope with this tragic situation.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
